Rewards, compliments... who doesn't want them??.. We all love them..

But how many times you have expected a compliment but faced ignorance or some kind of sadness for not getting appreciated or for not getting noticed your efforts..

Yes it all happens so many times in our lives.. Its soo natural too.

What can we do about this? Can we make this kind of perspective any better? Is it really necessary to have rewards and Compliments in our lives??

Yes Compliments and rewards are very necessary to lead a happy and cool lifestyle.. But what if we dont get enough of them from our loved ones or from the outer world?

Here is a solution. this might be useful for you too. It it soo simple. Just start practicing to hear true and genuine compliments from your own innerself.. whenever you hear or feel such kind of rewarding feeling from within, the satisfaction comes from that your own complement is just beyond words to express..

Let me tell you one of experiences here related to self compliments. This year i have started getting stipend which is a great news for me. I gave some gifts to my family members with my first month's stipend. But , then i started thining like what gift should i give to myself?..what can give me that true joy.. Then suddenly i got an idea that is to donate 2k to a charity trust which raising funds in our hometown.. then i immidiately finished that task..

Now. coming to the happiness it gave me.. that is really soo natural and i started looking at myself with much more pride and it increased my self respect though i didnt tell anyone about this news till this day. This is a true self praise i felt.

Treat yourself as if you are treating your best friend. It is an everyday practice. This practice works like a magic in the toughest moments and to to statnd strong for ourselves. Give youself sweet treats and happy compliments for all the efforts you are putting out.Having that great self compassion is all we need set back quicky from the unexpected events in our lives. Ask yourself,

"what are my favourite things to do?" List them down or atleast remember them to do. Give more time for them apart from all responsibilities you must do"..

Give heartful compliments and appreciate others too. It makes you to feel good about yourself by the end of the day.. If others are giving you the compliments..thank&receive them heartfully..

finally, what i want to say in short is "OUR HAPPINESS SHOULD START FROM WITHIN"..
